Reviewers navigate the eCTD Table of Contents directly — Modules 1 through 5 rendered with their full hierarchy. Every hyperlink in the submission is validated automatically, with broken links flagged before anyone opens the document. Annotations and comments are attached to specific locations within documents, creating a structured record of review findings rather than scattered email feedback.
AI-generated document summaries give reviewers a rapid orientation to lengthy documents. Full-text search across the entire submission — augmented with AI-powered answers — means reviewers can locate specific content in seconds rather than manually browsing through hundreds of documents.
6. Intelligence: Turning Submission Data Into Operational Insight
When every submission passes through a single platform, the data accumulates into something genuinely useful. Chronology reports track submission history across a product’s lifecycle, enriched with AI analysis that surfaces patterns and key events. Correspondence tracking monitors agency communications, with AI classification that categorizes incoming letters and extracts question-and-answer pairs automatically.
A specification dashboard analyzes product data — stability trending, impurity risk profiles — across submissions. This is the kind of cross-submission intelligence that is nearly impossible to assemble manually when data is scattered across disconnected systems.
